Red Cross Disaster Team Captain Inspires Through Hard Work

Los Angeles, California | Inspirational

David Tuckman was recently at work at the US Department of Homeland Security when he was rushed to the hospital after a virus entered the outer lining of the heart and he could not breathe. He was in recovery for two week and we want him to take a break, but he felt such a strong dedication to help his community during COVID-19 that he became a Public Information Officer with the Disaster Public Affairs and went right back to duty as a Captain of a Red Cross's Disaster Team. He is my hero and gives so much on the job and off. I would like him to be recognized for all he does to help people. and to bring awareness to the important work disaster responders do every day with their extraordinary commitment to help in a time of need.
